There is a mistake in the wording of classes 287 and 288 Welsh & Mountain and Moorland. Class 287 should read Filly, Colt or Gelding born in 2019 or 2020, to be shown in hand and class 288 should read Filly, Colt or Gelding born in 2021, to be shown in hand. Apologies for any confusion.
Also class 311 in the Shetland Pony Section – As all equines are now passported this class is open to all Shetland Ponies irrespective of the Society they are registered with. The class in not affiliated to the SPSBS so no Society rosettes will be given. As well as the normal Show rosettes a special rosette with £10 prize money – kindly donated by The Lignite Stud – will be presented to the winner of this class. Competitors in classes 297 – 309 are ineligible to enter this class.
