Can entries be accepted on the day?

Only unaffiliated show jumping entries can be accepted on the day.

How will I know if my entries have been received?

A receipt will be sent when entries are received.  If you do not receive a receipt please contact the secretary.

When can I leave the showfield?

Livestock exhibitors can leave after the grand parade at 2.15pm.

Can I collect my prize money on the day?

All prize money this year will be BACS payment after the show only. Please get in contact with the secretary.

When can exhibits be brought?

They can be brought to the Green Shed between 4pm and 9pm on Thursday 31st July 2025 or between 8am and 10am on Friday 1st August 2025.  Walking stick exhibits can be brought between 8am and 10am on Saturday.

When can I collect my exhibits?

Exhibits can be collected from the Green Shed between 4.30pm and 5pm on Saturday.

When can I collect my prize money?

Prize money can be collected in the Green Shed between 2pm and 4.30pm on Saturday.
